| Limber with Ammunition Chest |
| Order Code : 9025 Each Civil War cannon was attached to a limber with its ammunition chest when the field or horse artillery took the field, and was drawn by a six-horse team. When the cannon was removed (unlimbered) from the limber and went into firing position, the horse teams were removed to the rear and the limber was brought close to the rear of the cannon's trail for a rapid supply of ammunition. This kit comes with ammunition for all our cannon kits (9020, 9021, 9022 and 9023) to insert into the open limber chest. A step-by-step assembly guide is included. |
